August General Meeting: How to Live a Zero Waste Lifestyle

The U.S. produces more than 30 percent of the planet's total waste, though it is home to only 4 percent of the world’s population.

For our August general meeting, activist and former Texas Senate District 5 candidate Meg Walsh will present tips for living a zero waste lifestyle, based on her own waste reduction journey. This judgement-free workshop will include ways to reduce consumption of single-use plastic.
